As a remote organization with a Hospice Center facility context, we provide a unique setting where you can offer therapy tailored to the needs of clients experiencing various life challenges, particularly those in end-of-life care. • Engage in therapeutic sessions with individuals and couples across all ages, utilizing evidence-based practices and tailored interventions.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, ensuring that all documentation is completed in a timely manner in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and schedule ongoing appointments, ensuring that clients have the support they need and that your calendar reflects availability for optimal service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, leveraging an established billing service to manage claims and optimize the client's healthcare experience.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are informed by clinical assessments and client goals, ensuring a focus on empowerment and client agency.

Your work will primarily focus on providing therapeutic support to clients experiencing mental health challenges, life transitions, and grief associated with end-of-life experiences. You will engage with a vast clientele, helping individuals navigate through complex emotional landscapes while fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness. The diversity of the patient population allows for a rich exchange of experiences and therapeutic techniques, enhancing your clinical practice.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license to practice independently in the state of New York.
• Demonstrated professionalism, cultural competency, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week with availability for at least two evenings per week is essential for this role.

• Experience working with couples is highly regarded, as well as a well-developed therapeutic skill set.
• Prior practice in a remote therapy setting or familiarity with telehealth platforms is an asset that will enhance your application.
• A proven record of maintaining strong therapeutic boundaries and fostering client trust is crucial for success in this position.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. As a W2 employee, you will experience:
