Work Environment

This role is uniquely situated in a school setting, allowing the LCSW to work closely with students and families to address mental health needs that may arise within the educational context. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients dealing with emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for potential growth, utilizing evidence-based tools and methods.
