This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, enabling you to provide care to clients from the comfort of your own home. While our primary hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, you may occasionally be required to accommodate evening or weekend sessions based on client needs and practice demands. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs and challenges of clients.
• Develop and execute individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client’s personal goals.
• Provide individual, couple, and group counseling sessions utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in case conferences to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Cross Bridge Health & Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, each facing unique challenges. Your clients may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, or substance use issues. You will be pivotal in creating a safe space where clients can share their experiences and receive guidance while employing evidence-based practices to foster positive outcomes.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy within a mental health context.
• Ability to utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical principles and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

• Experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with technology-driven platforms for therapy.
• Background in treating various mood disorders, trauma, and addictions.
• Continued education or certifications in specialized therapy modalities are advantageous.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes:
