  • Participate in professional development opportunities, including monthly continuing education units (CEUs) provided at no cost.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, understanding the intersections of mental and physical health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as an LMFT, you will work with diverse client populations, addressing issues such as marital and family dynamics, emotional disturbances, and psychological well-being. You'll play a crucial role in offering support to individuals and families facing life transitions, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will particularly benefit clients seeking effective treatment for stress, anxiety, depression, and the impacts of serious health conditions.

Qualifications
  • Current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
  • A Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Masterโ€™s Degree in a relevant area is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of post-graduate clinical experience in the mental health field.
  • Strong autonomy in therapeutic practice while also being a collaborative team member.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of community resources and holistic approaches to care, including experience in hospice or home health settings.
  • Strong skills in marital and family counseling, psycho-sexual counseling, drug and alcohol assessments, and child development techniques, including play therapy.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in developing treatment modalities for clients undergoing cancer treatments.
  • Familiarity with the structural and systemic issues affecting family dynamics and mental health.
  • Previous experience in a telehealth setting will be considered an asset.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your physical and mental well-being, including:

  • 403(b) retirement plan with matching contributions.
  • Full healthcare coverage including dental and vision insurance.
  • Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance and disability coverage.
  • Flexible spending accounts to help you manage healthcare expenses.
  • An employee assistance program for personal or professional challenges.
  • Generous paid time off policy to foster work-life balance and rejuvenation.
