• Conduct initial intake sessions, completing biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish medical necessity for services.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans based on formulated diagnoses, ensuring they align with company policies and client needs.
• Document ongoing assessments, treatment plan revisions, and progress notes accurately and promptly.
• Utilize innovative therapy tools and creative methods to engage clients actively, helping them set and achieve personal wellness goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information.
• Coordinate with families and other professional supports, facilitating collaborative care for clients.
• Participate in clinical meetings, supervision sessions, and training opportunities to continue professional development and enhance service delivery.
• Work towards licensure by maintaining an active registration with the appropriate licensing board while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Your role will involve working with a broad demographic, providing mental health services to individuals from various backgrounds, including but not limited to children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will be tasked with demonstrating compassion, understanding, and acceptance as you engage with clients grappling with various mental health challenges. By championing a culturally competent approach, you will tailor your services to each client’s unique circumstances, ensuring effective and personalized support.

• A Master's degree in a behavioral health science from an accredited institution is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey clinical findings and support clients effectively.
• A proven ability to establish and model appropriate boundaries while maintaining ethical practice.
• Organizational skills, ensuring timely completion and submission of service documentation.
• Ability to compassionately engage and connect with a diverse client base.
• Team-oriented mindset, with a positive attitude and adaptability to contribute to a collaborative work environment.

• Previous experience conducting biopsychosocial assessments, formulating treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems and a familiarity with clinical supervision processes.
• A demonstrated commitment to community engagement and efforts toward destigmatizing mental health.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually and is complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
