Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial intake sessions, completing biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish medical necessity for services.
  • Create and implement tailored treatment plans based on formulated diagnoses, ensuring they align with company policies and client needs.
  • Document ongoing assessments, treatment plan revisions, and progress notes accurately and promptly.
  • Utilize innovative therapy tools and creative methods to engage clients actively, helping them set and achieve personal wellness goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information.
  • Coordinate with families and other professional supports, facilitating collaborative care for clients.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, supervision sessions, and training opportunities to continue professional development and enhance service delivery.
  • Work towards licensure by maintaining an active registration with the appropriate licensing board while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
