This full-time remote role allows you to provide high-quality mental health services while maintaining a flexible schedule. With a salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, your expertise will contribute to the emotional and psychological wellbeing of our clients and their families.

About the Organization

Bridge Healthcare System for Wellbeing is committed to improving the lives of individuals and families through scientifically-backed therapeutic practices delivered with empathy and care. We utilize evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to empower our clients to engage in their personal journeys toward healing and mental wellness. Our innovative approach combines live video counseling sessions with supplementary self-guided video resources, enabling our clients to thrive both inside and outside of therapy.

Work Environment

This role is designed to be entirely remote, enabling our therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their own home or any location of their choice. You will work from an outpatient office setting that promotes flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to create a personalized schedule that aligns with your lifestyle and commitments. Our state-of-the-art electronic medical record (EMR) system, seamlessly integrated with artificial intelligence features, supports your clinical practice by managing client check-ins, follow-ups, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telehealth therapy sessions that center on emerging mental health needs, utilizing a compassionate and client-centered approach.
  • Establish a flexible weekly schedule that accommodates client needs and personal commitments, with no on-call responsibilities.
  • Provide continuous support and resources to clients, including skill-building exercises to practice outside of therapy sessions.
  • Stay abreast of best practices in mental health and maintain professional growth by participating in monthly free continuing education units (CEUs).
  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals to enhance service delivery and client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Bridge Healthcare, you will provide therapeutic services to a wide range of clients, including individuals and families facing difficulties related to marital issues, family dynamics, mental health conditions, and substance use challenges. You will also support clients dealing with the emotional and psychological impacts of cancer treatments, utilizing targeted therapeutic interventions to address their unique needs.

Qualifications
  • A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, specializing in marital, family, and individual counseling.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
  • Knowledge of community resources and support services to aid clients effectively.
  • Skills in psycho-sexual counseling, drug and alcohol assessments, and child development, particularly in using play therapy techniques.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with hospice or home health environments.
  • Familiarity with various cancer treatment modalities and their psychological implications.
Compensation and Benefits

Bridge Healthcare System offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually. In addition to monetary compensation, our therapists enjoy a robust benefits package that includes:

  • 403(b) retirement plan with matching contributions.
  • Dental, vision, and health insurance options tailored to individual needs.
  • Accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.
  • Disability insurance and an employee assistance program (EAP) for additional support.
  • Paid time off to ensure work-life balance and personal wellbeing.
  • Flexible spending account (FSA) to manage health expenses.
