• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate data science insights, psycho-educational tools, and client feedback.
• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnosis, and therapy sessions—both individual and group—to address a range of mental health concerns.
• Utilize interactive applications to engage clients in their treatment, reinforcing learning and coping strategies in a supportive manner.
• Collaborate with primary care providers to integrate medical and behavioral health services, fostering a holistic approach to client well-being.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development initiatives to stay updated with the latest methodologies and practices in mental health care.
• Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness and encourage participation in treatment programs.

Our licensed counselors work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with psychiatric disorders, substance abuse issues, and general wellness concerns. This role specifically caters to clients who may benefit from innovative treatment approaches, offering a blend of traditional therapy and modern technology that enhances therapeutic outcomes. Counselors have the opportunity to work with individuals across various age groups, ensuring that personalized care is delivered respectfully and effectively.

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required; advanced degrees such as a Master's or Doctorate are preferred.
• Must possess or be eligible for a Florida mental health counseling license.
• Demonstrated ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in clinical settings.
• Minimum one year of experience in working with psychiatric patients or in substance abuse demographics.
• Experience in both assessment and diagnosis, as well as conducting individual and group therapy.
• Proficient in using technology, with basic computer skills required for documentation and communication.

• Experience with data-driven treatment approaches and measurement-based care practices, contributing to enhanced client outcomes.
• Previous involvement in a collaborative or integrated care setting, emphasizing teamwork and interdisciplinary communication.
• Active participation in ongoing professional development, maintaining an understanding of contemporary mental health trends and techniques.
