• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' individual needs, utilizing data science, interactive applications, and psycho-educational resources to enhance patient engagement.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, focusing on creating a safe space for dialogue and reflection while actively using feedback-informed care practices.
• Engage with clients through telehealth platforms, requiring proficiency in technology and adaptability to deliver high-quality care remotely.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform diagnostic processes and guide therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, incorporating feedback and insights to reinforce the integration of mental and physical health services.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and measurement-based care principles to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and peer consultation to foster ongoing learning and professional growth.
• Contribute to community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

You will be working with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Our patients come from various backgrounds and age groups, requiring counselors to adopt a culturally sensitive approach and adapt therapies to fit unique contexts and individual goals.

• A valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC or equivalent) is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Minimum one year of direct experience working with psychiatric patients or in substance abuse treatment settings.
• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in the use of computer systems and basic software for documentation and billing.

• Prior experience with telehealth services and remote counseling methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate client management systems and electronic health records successfully.
• Experience conducting group therapy sessions and workshops to enhance client learning and engagement.

The salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 103,000 annually, in addition to productivity bonuses that reward your contributions to our clients' well-being.
