This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility in balancing work-life demands while providing necessary outpatient counseling services. You will collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team of healthcare professionals, participating in clinical meetings and ongoing training to bolster your skills and keep abreast of best practices in mental health care. • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to establish accurate diagnoses, develop individualized treatment plans, and execute therapeutic interventions.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, demonstrating empathy and respect towards clients, while actively facilitating teamwork and collaboration within a multidisciplinary setting.
• Utilize creative therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's needs to foster goal achievement and positive mental health outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of each session and ensure timely submission of progress notes and treatment updates as per company policy.
• Partner with case managers, family members, educational staff, and other professionals to coordinate care and support for clients, creating a holistic approach to mental health treatment.
• Engage actively in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development and share insights with colleagues.

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is essential.
• An active LPC license in the state of Arizona is mandatory for this role.

• Proven ability to establish and uphold healthy boundaries with clients, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.
• Timeliness and accuracy in documenting services and completing all relevant paperwork is critical.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, providing counseling services to a varied population.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, demonstrating effectiveness in achieving mental health improvement.
• Background in collaborative interventions and multi-disciplinary care is a plus.
