• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans based on each client's needs.
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care to clients, ensuring that all aspects of their mental health are addressed.
• Maintain accurate and updated clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing appropriate electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development workshops to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and best practices.
• Monitor each client's progress and make adjustments to therapeutic techniques as required to promote optimal treatment outcomes.

The LPC will work primarily with individuals and families who often face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. This role focuses on treating a diverse range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to the practice of counseling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
