Job description

Job Title: Clinical Science Program Specialist Location: Remote Hours: M-F 1st shift Compensation: $35.00 - $37.00/hr Type: Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple clinical testing and lab services projects from initiation through contract completion under supervision of Program Manager. Act as primary contact for Pharma customers.
  • Coordinate project timelines, develop project plans, and track progress; identify delays or bottlenecks.
  • Oversee sample process flow and ensure accurate reporting of results, implementing best practices within the clinical sciences team.
  • Guide and facilitate cross-functional interactions to meet project deadlines.
  • Interface with external resources such as CROs, site investigators, and client representatives, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Organize and manage meeting activities including setting agendas and documenting minutes.
  • Track and communicate project reports and clinical study data to Pharma and company clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management or clinical trial coordination experience in a regulated CRO, diagnostic, or pharmaceutical industry with regulated documentation.
  • Exposure to clinical studies and clinical projects requiring rapid milestone achievement.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
  • Preferred experience in standard project management processes (PMI), clinical trial management, bio-sample handling and process flow, clinical studies, or companion diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic and pharmaceutical industry practices is a plus.
