• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients through video conferencing, focusing on emotional and mental health issues.

• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity clients who are motivated to improve their mental health. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present with a range of emotional and mental health concerns, including anxiety, mild depression, and relationship issues. All clients are carefully screened to ensure they are appropriate for remote treatment, allowing you to focus on providing quality care without the extra burden of high-acuity cases.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active and independent state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong assessment and evaluative skills to determine treatment recommendations effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and telehealth platforms for remote counseling.

• Previous experience in a virtual counseling role is highly desirable, allowing you to adapt quickly to our telehealth environment.
• Background in various therapeutic modalities to cater to diverse client needs.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, which will be based on experience and hours committed.
