Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that optimize their path to wellness.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy using various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness strategies, through our secure online framework.
• Collaborate with clients in establishing achievable therapeutic goals and provide continuous support and motivation throughout their recovery journey.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to clients’ individual preferences and treatment objectives, demonstrating adaptability to diverse client needs.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; however, a Master's degree or Doctorate in a relevant area will be prioritized.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and establishing a therapeutic alliance.
• A strong sense of empathy and understanding toward clients' struggles and mental health concerns.
• Demonstrated capability to manage time effectively and organize therapeutic sessions and documentation in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in remote counseling or teletherapy settings is an advantage.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate documentation and client management.
• Experience working with a varied client population, including diverse cultural backgrounds, age groups, and mental health concerns.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on your caseload and experience.
