• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately assess clients' mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable objectives, ensuring that strategies align with evidence-based practices tailored to each individual.
• Provide therapy through secure and HIPAA-compliant virtual platforms, addressing specific mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A deep sense of empathy and compassion, able to relate to the experiences and struggles clients may face.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage time effectively while juggling multiple clients and documentation requirements.

• Previous experience providing telehealth services, demonstrating familiarity with digital platforms and virtual therapy best practices.
• Specialized training or certifications in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Experience working with a diverse array of client populations, including underrepresented communities, is highly valued.
