• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs, applying diagnostic skills and formulating appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Develop, implement, and adapt evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet individual client goals and preferences.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy to diverse populations, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through regular case discussions, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care and support.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development activities, including attending workshops, webinars, and training sessions.

As an LMHC with Divine Health Corporation, you will serve a varied client population, including individuals coping with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, addiction, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health challenges. • A valid license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy in mental health contexts.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and the ability to apply them effectively in treatment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and effective client interactions.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and protecting client confidentiality as a fundamental part of your practice.

• Experience working in telehealth settings, familiar with teletherapy tools and technologies.
• Prior experience treating clients with dual diagnoses or substance use disorders.
• Involvement in community outreach or advocacy programs promoting mental health awareness.
