This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your own home. You will work within a technologically advanced telehealth platform that enables seamless communication with clients across Vermont and beyond. • Conduct comprehensive client assessments through virtual consultations, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
• Assist clients in establishing achievable mental health goals, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Maintain confidential and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policy, ensuring ethical standards are met.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, trainings, and supervision sessions to stay knowledgeable about emerging trends and research in mental health.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, experiencing a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. We prioritize client-centered care, which means you will adapt your therapeutic approach to suit each individual's background, culture, and personal experiences.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
• An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont is mandatory.
• Strong grounding in evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with team members.
• Ability to work autonomously, managing a caseload effectively while also being an active contributor to team objectives.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical counseling role, particularly within a telehealth environment, is preferred.
• Experience working with various client demographics, demonstrating an understanding of cultural competence in mental health.
• Familiarity with digital record-keeping systems and teletherapy platforms that ensure efficiency in client documentation and communication.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
