• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients through thorough interviews and diagnostic testing to inform individualized therapy plans.
• Facilitate a variety of therapy sessions, including individual, couple, and family therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing to guide clients in achieving their personal therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, and training, and staying updated on the latest therapeutic methodologies and trends.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults struggling with various mental health challenges. Your expertise will directly impact individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clients seek a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth, making your role crucial in their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) certification in Vermont.
• At least two years of professional experience in a counseling or therapeutic setting, demonstrating a knowledge of diverse therapeutic modalities.
• Strong relational and communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating within a team to enhance client care.

• Experience utilizing specific therapeutic tools such as telehealth platforms to conduct sessions remotely.
• Previous work within multicultural settings, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.
• Familiarity with client management systems and EMR technology.
