As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and treatment planning to address patients' mental health needs.
• Creating and implementing crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior plans tailored to individual clients.
• Documenting all interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion of required paperwork.
• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic approaches to inform your clinical decisions.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop positive behavior support plans that enhance patient outcomes.
• Actively engaging in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold clinic standards.
• Establishing effective communication channels with community partners, state agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate service delivery and resource-sharing.
• Participating in professional development opportunities, including attending conferences, statewide meetings, and representing the agency in community engagements.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field.
• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
