Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture a caseload by establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics with clients.
  • Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, address stability, reschedule appointments, and facilitate discharges as appropriate.
  • Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Document each client's treatment thoroughly, ensuring compliance with professional standards and internal policies.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent information and establish treatment baselines.
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions consistently throughout the week, focusing on evidence-based practices.
  • Engage in ongoing individual supervision to refine skills and enhance professional development.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
