• Conduct remote therapy sessions for individuals facing a range of emotional and mental health challenges, utilizing various therapeutic techniques based on clinical best practices.
• Facilitate assessments to help clients articulate their concerns and identify underlying issues that may affect their emotional state.
• Engage clients in building resilience through targeted strategies that encourage personal growth and coping mechanisms.
• Develop and fine-tune personalized treatment plans that align with individual client goals and progress, utilizing telehealth resources to track developments.
• Maintain accurate records of client information and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards, leveraging electronic documentation tools as needed.

The role involves working with a diverse array of clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our client's demographic is broad, encompassing individuals of various ages and backgrounds, which requires a tailored approach to each case. Counselors are encouraged to use culturally competent strategies to connect with clients effectively and foster their growth.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.
• A minimum of two years’ experience providing clinical services in a similar setting, focusing on individual therapy.
• Exceptional listening, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize and relate to clients’ experiences.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation requirements.

• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and understanding their functionality.
• Background in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, or other relevant modalities.
• Knowledge of current mental health issues and interventions specific to the remote therapy environment.
