Training Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Central Time

Length: Approximately six weeks

Platform: Virtual (Zoom)

Attendance: Mandatory with strict requirements on time-off

  • Respond to inbound calls from Veterans, healthcare providers, and other authorized callers.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and calmly with Veterans, healthcare providers, and other callers.
  • Strong activelistening and problemsolving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and strong systemnavigation skills.
  • Ability to learn and work in multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using PCbased applications, dual monitors, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, internet browsers, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to enter and document information accurately while speaking with callers.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to accept and apply performance coaching.

  • Handle 5070 calls daily in a fastpaced, structured setting
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 6:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. Central Time, including weekends/overtime as needed
