Rooted Talent Solutions we are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional customer service for well-known brands. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, chat, and/or email support to assist customers with inquiries, orders, troubleshooting, and general support needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service through phone, chat, and/or email.
Assist customers with inquiries, billing issues, product support, and troubleshooting.
Follow company guidelines and scripts to handle various customer concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using provided systems.
Adhere to quality and performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work independently while following training and ongoing support guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.) is preferred but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.
Reliable computer (Windows or Mac) and high-speed internet connection.
Quiet workspace free from distractions.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
