Work Environment

This 100% remote position allows you to interact with clients from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging online therapy sessions for clients experiencing a wide array of emotional and mental health challenges, fostering a therapeutic relationship that encourages open dialogue.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to help clients work towards building resilience, improving their emotional well-being, and achieving personal goals.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their unique needs and outline individualized growth opportunities and solutions tailored to their personal circumstances.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of each client.
• Document sessions accurately and thoroughly using electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with the clinic's protocols and state guidelines.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, providing insights and collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Nurturing Connections, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, families, and adults. Our clinic serves individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, fostering a respectful and empathetic environment that encourages healing and personal development.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active and valid LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally involving teletherapy or remote counseling.
• Exceptional active listening, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Comfortable utilizing electronic documentation systems and teletherapy platforms to streamline communication and documentation processes.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting, contributing to collaborative client care.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and various therapeutic modalities, such as CBT and DBT.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, reflective of your experience and expertise, alongside an extensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
