• Conduct remote therapy sessions effectively using our secure online platform, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines.
• Engage in comprehensive assessments to design personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances, integrating their goals and preferences into the therapeutic process.
• Regularly monitor client progress, utilizing metrics and feedback to adjust treatment approaches as needed, ensuring optimal outcomes for individuals in your care.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment progress, and modifications to care plans using our electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and other mental health professionals, coordinating care to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in therapeutic techniques and mental health best practices to continuously enhance your service delivery.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, from teens facing anxiety and depression to adults dealing with significant life transitions and trauma. • A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is mandatory.
• Current state licensure as a mental health therapist (options include LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including telehealth systems and electronic health records, is crucial for conducting remote therapy sessions seamlessly.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing individual therapy is preferred.
• Demonstrated comfort and proficiency in remote therapy modalities, with a track record of successful client engagement through virtual platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

The competitive salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of skills and experience.
