• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video conferencing, ensuring ethical and compassionate engagement with clients.
• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, establishing clear goals and benchmarks for their mental health progression.
• Facilitate insights and self-understanding in clients regarding their emotions and relationships.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and relationship concerns. Your role is essential in helping these individuals develop vital skills to enhance their quality of life through improved mental health awareness and coping strategies.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional licenses or records of disciplinary actions are accepted.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a strong commitment to client-centered care are essential.
• Proficiency in using technology and electronic health record systems is required to manage client documents and treatment plans effectively.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices is preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in working with low-acuity client populations will be advantageous.
• Previous experience in developing treatment plans that align with client preferences and needs is desired.
