  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions, analyzing data to inform and adapt individualized treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments.
  • Engage collaboratively with clientsโ€™ families, when appropriate, to monitor progress and behavioral changes, ensuring that an integrated approach to mental health care is achieved.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, allowing for the effective management of immediate client crises while ensuring their safety and emotional well-being.
  • Offer both telehealth sessions and face-to-face consultations as required, adapting treatment modalities to suit the needs of each client.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals experiencing mental health disorders, those facing challenges related to intellectual disabilities, and clients struggling with substance use issues. Your role is vital in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can address their challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth. Qualifications
