Work EnvironmentThis full-time position is conducted entirely through telehealth services, enabling flexibility and convenience for both therapists and patients. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for patients to evaluate their mental health needs, employing evidence-based practices and clinical judgment.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient’s unique situation and goals, focusing on both short-term and long-term outcomes.
- Provide crisis intervention and individual counseling sessions through telehealth platforms, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques to support patients in distress.
- Design and facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops that address mental health topics, such as anxiety management and coping strategies, fostering a supportive community.
- Collaborate with various healthcare departments, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care by coordinating with medical teams, community organizations, and patient support services.
- Participate in outreach initiatives and wellness campaigns to promote mental health awareness, providing educational resources to the broader community.

Qualifications- Active licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Washington is required.

- Annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
