• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings for clients, focusing on their mental health and substance abuse history, identifying areas of concern and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic methods, ensuring each client feels heard and supported in their therapeutic journey.
• Educate and actively involve clients’ families in the recovery process, recognizing the importance of a supportive home environment in client success.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards, ensuring the protection of client confidentiality and data integrity.
• Collaborate continuously with a multidisciplinary treatment team to guarantee integrated care and to provide follow-up based on client progress and feedback.

The clients you will work with are pre-screened with mental health conditions that are typically stable and of low acuity. This demographic includes adolescents and young adults, presenting opportunities to make profound impacts on their quality of life. Your therapeutic approach will be vital in empowering these individuals to navigate their challenges effectively and thrive.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current active licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices, particularly in a telehealth environment.
• Advanced proficiency in utilizing technology, including telehealth software, electronic health records (EHRs), and standard office applications (Google Suite, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Experience working directly with adolescent and young adult populations, utilizing specific techniques catering to these age groups.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment frameworks and a willingness to engage in additional training to align with our care pathways.
• A passion for continuous professional development and learning within the field of mental health.
