• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices in solution-focused interventions, using telehealth platforms as the primary means of service delivery.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting these evidence-based modalities to fit the needs and circumstances of clients participating in remote sessions.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with all applicable regulations, utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure confidentiality and standardization of patient care.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in virtual meetings to discuss cases with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.

The primary focus will be on students and their families, who often face unique challenges related to their educational environment. You will address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and family dynamics, to provide support that is both responsive and reliable in a school setting.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia.
• At least two years of clinical experience, specifically in delivering psychotherapy services.
