• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead dynamic group therapy sessions that encourage peer connection, allowing clients to share their experiences and gain insights through mutual support.
• Individual Counseling: Deliver tailored, one-on-one therapy sessions that foster deep personal exploration, helping clients identify their thoughts, feelings, and coping mechanisms.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback approaches to track client progress, adjusting therapeutic strategies as necessary to maximize outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other mental health professionals to coordinate care, share insights, and consult on complex case dynamics, ensuring a cohesive approach to client treatment.

Our services primarily target young adults grappling with mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, including those from varying backgrounds and life experiences.
