• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families to determine the best course of action for their mental health journey.
• Provide individual therapy and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of patients, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster healing and growth.
• Complete necessary documentation including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms efficiently and within prescribed time limits.
• Develop crisis management plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness initiatives to support patients in maintaining stable functioning.
• Create comprehensive discharge plans to ensure a smooth transition for patients out of active therapy.
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies and procedures, maintaining compliance in every aspect of service delivery.
• Engage in professional development through training and continuing education to enhance skills and competencies within the mental health field.
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to contribute to a cohesive and effective treatment approach across disciplines.
• Ensure all licensure requirements and mandatory trainings are completed in a timely manner.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that aligns with licensure requirements.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Washington.

• Experience working within a community health setting or similar clinical environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and cultural sensitivity.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation.
