What is remote health care?

Remote health care, also known as telehealth or telemedicine, refers to the delivery of health services and medical consultations using digital communication technologies, such as video calls, phone calls, and secure messaging. It can cover a wide range of services, from routine check-ups to mental health counseling and chronic disease management.
