Our mission is to improve patient outcomes by providing convenient, evidence-based medical care through innovative telemedicine solutions. Client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner – Telemedicine to provide comprehensive virtual healthcare services to patients within the Great Falls Hospital network. In this role, you will conduct patient assessments, diagnose medical conditions, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate care using advanced telehealth technologies.
The ideal candidate is an independent, patient-focused clinician with excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and experience delivering high-quality care in outpatient or telehealth settings.
