Contractor

Job description

We're Web Partners, and we create unique websites for medical practices and provide digital marketing that converts prospects into patients. We offer services ranging from websites, hosting, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing, to email newsletters, content & blog writing, social media management, pro production video, and much more. The one area where there's no choice is in Web Partners' service, which will always be exceptional. That's why we're the number one doctor recommended treatment for EWRS (empty waiting room syndrome)!
The Regional Sales Manager will be instrumental in Web Partners' continued growth and success in the medical website and digital marketing arena. This field is a sector with massive potential, but also has many requirements and criteria that differentiate it from the mainstream. Web Partners' knowledge, experience, and understanding of these demands have us positioned for mind-blowing success. For this reason, we're looking for SALES STARS only. If you can speak to the skills and criteria that follow, we want to talk with you.
What Specific Skills Must a Successful Candidate Possess?
  • Knowledge of websites - how they work, what goes into making one, web technologies, and web terminologies
  • Marketing skills - particularly online
  • Passionate about Sales and Business Development - (Note: If prospecting and lead generation aren't responsibilities you can embrace, there's no point reading on)
  • Ability to communicate intelligently and effectively with people who may not be familiar or comfortable with web technologies

What Will a Successful Candidate's Past Experience Include?
  • Demonstrable success in sales and business development
  • Cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, and outbound sales activities
  • Interaction with and knowledge of multiple facets of the healthcare industry (even if as a patient)
  • Usage of a CRM product such as Salesforce, Active Campaign, or similar

What Sort of Attitude Will the Successful Candidate Exhibit?
  • The right candidate understands that their attitude determines their altitude
  • Belief in the idea that we may be able to go faster alone, but we go further together. We're a team, and the right person will help make our team even stronger
  • The conviction that what you put in is what you get out: Hard work is not a burden, exceptional customer care is not optional, and integrity is non-negotiable
  • An open mind. We want people who are committed to lifelong learning, who operate under a sincere belief that the past doesn't dictate the future, and that each experience and each opportunity stands on its own
