• Conduct virtual assessments using evidence-based methodologies to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy that spans a range of therapeutic modalities, ensuring the best fit for client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable goals and continuously monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to enhance accessibility, conducting sessions that are convenient for both you and your clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Your primary focus will be on pre-screened, low-acuity clients seeking guidance and support for various mental health concerns. You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges such as mild anxiety, stress management, and life transitions. Your role is to empower clients, equipping them with skills and strategies to enhance their well-being and quality of life.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active Tennessee license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing.
• Demonstrated clinical experience of at least 2 years, with strong communication and effective case management skills.

• Experience in delivering therapy via telehealth services, with proficiency in using various digital communication tools.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapy methods.
• Background in community mental health settings, providing insight into the needs of diverse populations.

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
