Role: Flight Booking Coordinator
Requested Schedule: Preference for non-standard working hours
Qualifications:
***Must have recent experience with Sabre***

Advance knowledge of the Travel Industry and flight booking processes
Highly proficient in Sabre and capable of working quickly within the program
Ability to do exchanges and refunds in Sabre
Minimum of 5 years experience working in Sabre
Initial Responsibilities:
Make flight bookings in Sabre for the Luminary team
Edit + Cancel/Void Flight bookings within Sabre
Manage and coordinate on Debit memos and other issues on flight bookings with airline vendors via our host agency partner with Sabre
Work to upload and maintain the accuracy of invoice data as related to the accounting systems
Liaise with partners and travel vendors such as hotels, airlines and tour operators on behalf of both clients and the company, working to ensure outstanding invoices are paid
Make bookings on behalf of clients as part of the general travel planning process
Assist with the planning and completing of travel itineraries
Research hotel rates and options as part of the itinerary building process
Cross check/reconfirm client itineraries with vendors and partners to ensure they are accurate
Enter information into (and ensure the accuracy of) the travel itineraries of our clients in the Axus itinerary building system
Enter information into (and ensure the accuracy of) the sales/travel data in the Salesforce CRM
