Happy Cures Therapy Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional therapeutic services through a telehealth platform. As a remote position within our telehealth facility, you will have the flexibility to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home while contributing to a supportive team dynamic. Your work schedule will typically run from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as necessary to accommodate our patients' needs. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological states and establish a foundation for tailored treatment strategies.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with the client's unique needs and diagnoses, incorporating modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients explore their emotional challenges, foster personal growth, and enhance their coping techniques.
• Collaboratively work with psychiatrists and external healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, addressing both physical and mental health aspects.
• Provide crisis intervention services and support clients during mental health emergencies, employing strong de-escalation techniques.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, viable treatment options, and local resources available for ongoing support.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and ethical practice by ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with all relevant legal frameworks.
• Engage in regular case meetings and team discussions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.
• Stay updated on the latest research, therapeutic practices, and industry regulations to ensure best practices and quality of care.

Your work at Happy Cures Therapy Clinic will primarily involve serving a diverse population of clients, including those experiencing anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and those seeking support through challenging life transitions. By providing compassionate and clinically sound interventions, you will play a vital role in empowering clients to achieve better mental health outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois is essential.
• Two or more years of post-licensure experience providing direct mental health services is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in mental health disorders, evidenced-based treatment methodologies, and trauma-informed care principles.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop appropriate diagnoses, and create effective treatment plans.
• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy through various therapeutic approaches.
• Strong crisis intervention abilities and an aptitude for maintaining composure under stress.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and fostering therapeutic relationships.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems as well as other relevant technology.

• Prior experience in telehealth service delivery and familiarity with the unique challenges of remote therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to employ innovative treatment strategies and adapt to the evolving landscape of mental health care.

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a robust benefits package, including:
