• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client's situation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to provide coordinated, holistic care for every client.
• Engage in crisis intervention, assess risks, and implement safety planning as necessary to ensure clients' well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational protocols to track client progress and treatment effectiveness.

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will empower them to navigate their circumstances and promote emotional healing. • A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating proficiency in providing individual and group therapy.

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
• Background in working with trauma and family dynamics is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.

Happy Hearts Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
