• Conduct thorough mental health assessments when patients first engage with our services to understand their unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging and supportive psychoeducational and therapy groups, creating a space for shared experiences and community support.
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychologists to deliver coordinated and holistic patient care, ensuring a cohesive approach to treatment.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support during acute mental health emergencies, responding swiftly to patients in need.
• Educate patients about various mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available resources within the community to foster empowerment and independence.
• Maintain both accurate and confidential documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, ensuring thorough records for ongoing patient care.
• Actively participate in regular case consultations and team meetings, sharing insights and strategies while staying informed about new developments in the mental health field.

Working at Helping Hand Behavioral Clinic, you will support a diverse patient population, ranging from adolescents to adults, who encounter varying degrees of mental health challenges. Our clients are seeking collaborative and compassionate therapy to navigate complexities in their lives, encompassing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other disorders.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and an understanding of effective evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating impactful treatment plans.
• Proficiency in providing both individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster positive therapeutic relationships.
• High ethical standards and sound professional judgment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and applications.
• A proven ability to collaborate as part of a team dedicated to patient-centered care.

• Experience delivering telehealth services in a mental health setting.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
