General Summary:

The Program Outreach Coordinator leads the Seeds of Hope Youth Leadership Program for high school young women, overseeing all aspects of its development, recruitment, implementation, and evaluation. The role also provides oversight for the Haiti tutoring initiative.
In addition, this position works in close partnership with the Office of Mission Advancement (OMA) to support marketing, communications, and fundraising efforts for the Seeds of Hope program.
This role calls for a self-directed leader with strong organizational skills, initiative, and a passion for mission-driven work, ensuring alignment with the Felician Sisters' values and strategic priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Seeds of Hope Program Development:
Enhance and maintain the Seeds of Hope program
Design curriculum, leadership activities, and program structure
Coordinate speakers, service experiences, and program logistics
Lead and oversee week-long summer program execution
Recruit, train, and support peer mentors
Facilitate orientation sessions and ongoing engagement
Maintain program materials, handbooks, and policies
Ensure alignment with mission and leadership development
Recruitment Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies (schools, National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC), parishes)
Conduct interviews and manage application process
Maintain participant databases and communications
Collaborate with OMA on marketing and outreach
Provide post-program engagement and support for alumnae
Program Management Responsibilities:

Manage program budget and financial resources
Coordinate travel, accommodations, and scheduling
Maintain participant files and confidentiality
Build relationships with schools and organizations
Represent the program as spokesperson
Haiti Tutoring Program
:
Recruit and train volunteer tutors
Coordinate student-tutor matching
Provide educational materials and structure
Monitor program effectiveness and address challenges
Collaborate with Haiti ministry partners
Collaboration & Growth:
Work with Provincial leadership and cross-functional teams
