Job description

Threshold Giving is looking for outgoing, confident and passionate activists to join our fundraising team in Washington.

Help displaced and refugee adults/children in Gaza, Ukraine, Sudan, Haiti and so many more places around the world access safety, healing and life-sustaining support. Build on your communication and leadership skills every day. Raise long-term sustainable funds for one of the most impactful non-profit organizations in the world.
Hours: Full Time - Tuesday to Saturday 11:00am-7:00pm (we are only hiring full time based on your ability to work this schedule)
Pay: $25 an hour plus uncapped bonuses

We're looking for energetic, confident communicators who aren't afraid to strike up a conversation, express their values and to inspire members of their community to make a real and lasting change!
The Position: You will work with your team on different streets in the city where you will engage in inspiring conversations with members of the public, motivating them to become a supporter of the IRC through an ongoing donation. Each and every conversation you have will have both an immediate and long-term impact on the issues that matter most.
