• Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews and standardized tools, ensuring accurate evaluation of client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Work closely with a team of mental health professionals during case consultations to review treatment strategies and ensure best practices are maintained across the board.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health issues and available resources.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, staying informed of new research and methodologies in the mental health field.

Our diverse patient population includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and adjustment issues. You will have the chance to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering their healing and recovery.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Nevada.
• Proficient understanding and application of solution-focused psychotherapy, demonstrating the ability to adapt interventions to suit individual client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients and their families.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities to effectively navigate complex clinical scenarios.
• Experience working in a collaborative team setting and appreciation for the contributions of fellow professionals.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in an outpatient setting.
• Experience with insurance reimbursements and documentation requirements is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for tracking patient information and treatment progress.

Diamond Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
