You will have access to a custom online office where you can manage your caseload effectively, conduct sessions, and utilize resources designed to support your practice. Our dedicated support team is available seven days a week to assist with any technical or administrative challenges you may face.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Providing high-quality teletherapy sessions that prioritize evidence-based practices and effective therapeutic techniques.
• Documenting clinical notes and session outcomes promptly after each client interaction.
• Maintaining compliance with all state laws and regulations pertaining to mental health counseling.
• Collaborating with the billing department to ensure accurate processing of insurance claims, ensuring clients receive appropriate financial support.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development through training and workshops provided by Genesis Mental Health Services.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for this position:

• Required: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted license in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• Strong ability to work independently, demonstrating creativity and flexibility in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining professional interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.
• A dedicated and private workspace conducive to virtual therapy sessions.
• Proven experience managing a personal caseload effectively.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will enhance your candidacy:

• Dual or multi-state licensure.
• Experience with telehealth modalities or virtual therapy.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or therapy programs focused on specific demographics.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 annually. Additionally, new hires will receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Full-time counselors who meet eligibility requirements will also benefit from a healthcare stipend. We offer a 'first client' sign-on bonus for newly approved counselors and flexible part-time options are available. Our compensation package is designed to reward your expertise and dedication.
