• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for clients to determine mental health needs and treatment options.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans catered to individual client goals and needs.
• Deliver engaging virtual therapy sessions using telehealth platforms, ensuring a comfortable and effective therapeutic environment.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-up sessions, and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on data-driven evaluations and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and thorough electronic health records (EHRs) that document treatment modalities, assessment outcomes, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to provide comprehensive care and continuity of service.
• Ensure that all services adhere to state regulations and ethical standards of practice.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will primarily work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults seeking support for a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress management. Our focus is on low-acuity clients who benefit from tailored therapeutic approaches in a convenient setting, emphasizing accessibility and personal connection.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active state license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology, including experience using Google Suite and electronic health record systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience providing therapy is required.
• Experience in a telehealth environment or digital counseling format is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based treatment modalities is a plus.

The Licensed Professional Counselor position offers an attractive annual salary ranging between USD 100,000 and 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salaries, the position includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring:
