This position is designed for remote work, allowing counselors to provide care anywhere with a stable internet connection. Utilizing a user-friendly telehealth platform, counselors will connect with clients via video calls, ensuring that therapy sessions feel comfortable and private. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, applying therapeutic techniques that align with each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to document client progress, maintain confidentiality, and streamline communication with other healthcare providers.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and administrative staff, to ensure integrated care for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training to remain current with best practices and advancements in the mental health field.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and refine treatment approaches as necessary.

Our clients include individuals and families seeking help for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings, guiding them towards healthier coping mechanisms and improved overall well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is required.
• Proficient computer skills, with experience in Google Suite applications and familiarity with electronic health records systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

• At least 2 years of post-graduate counseling experience, working directly with diverse populations.
• Experience providing telehealth services is a plus, particularly in delivering behavioral therapy or counseling strategies.
• Demonstrated evidence of strong crisis management skills and an understanding of community resources pertinent to mental health care.

The base salary for this full-time Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
