Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, including diagnostic assessments using established clinical tools.
  • Provide personalized one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and other evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
  • Facilitate engaging group therapy session, focusing on psychoeducation and support to empower clients while fostering community and shared learning.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, setting measurable goals and interventions tailored to each clientโ€™s specific circumstances.
  • Provide crisis intervention support, utilizing active listening and therapeutic de-escalation techniques to address immediate client needs while conducting risk assessments and coordinating safety plans.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to stay abreast of current best practices and regulatory changes in mental health care.
  • Build and maintain relationships with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a cohesive approach in client treatment and support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
