The Sr. CRO Test Analyst is responsible for a variety of project work to drive A/B testing & optimization efforts. The role will work within the Digital Experimentation & Personalization team leveraging enterprise tools to build great digital experiences for the end user.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • As part of the Digital Experimentation & Personalization team (DXP), you will work with various business partners across a highly matrixed ecosystem to use qualitative and quantitative, and VoC data to proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive toward solutions
  • Be passionate and continually curious about conducting in-depth analyses of marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for test ideation
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across platforms while tracking test data and personalized experiences
  • Translate highly complex data problems and observations in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  • Leverage Adobe Target and AEM content authoring capabilities to build AB tests and highly personalized and optimized experiences for site visitors to Medicare & Retirement (M&R) sites. Will need to have experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience making UX recommendations after a test ends for follow-up tests or participation/leadership in test ideation
  • Enjoy documenting operational procedures, business standards and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Personable and confident. Skilled in presenting test results to executives and business stakeholders
  • Flexible and able to adapt, pivot quickly on test projects
  • Comfortable with planning and leading test calls: organizing meeting agendas, communicating next steps to business partners, following up with issues
  • Great communication skills - will be regularly sharing out tests that have launched by email to a distribution list of 100+ and answering any questions about current or past tests
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with business partners and subject matter experts.
  • Passionate about AI solutions and curious to learn more about implementing AI into internal workflows and customer facing digital experiences
  • Partner with analytics, personalization, and marketing teams to leverage Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), to develop audience strategies, analyze customer journeys, and deliver personalized digital experiences

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in A/B testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO)
  • 3+ years of experience in web analytics tools (e.g., Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • 3+ years of experience in workflow management tools (e.g., JIRA, Adobe Workfront, Kanban boards, Microsoft Planner)
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform capabilities, including Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Launch/Web SDK).
  • Familiarity or experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS)
  • Familiarity or experience with custom code solutions using JavaScript
  • Solid Excel and PPT skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Quality Assurance (QA), troubleshooting, and discovering issues/errors
  • Experience in Qualitative UX & Survey technologies (e.g., Quantum Metric, GlassBox, Qualtrics)
  • Design experience in tools such as Figma
  • Proven track record of managing and owning projects from conception to setup, deployment and post-project assessment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
