This role is designed for a remote work setting through innovative telehealth services, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a strong connection with clients and the therapeutic community. You will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology and support to enable seamless client interactions, documentation, and collaboration with other healthcare providers.

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, developing meaningful relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, provide ongoing support, and guide clients through the discharge process when appropriate.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on client-centered recovery goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and progress notes, ensuring timely communication with all relevant stakeholders.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and appropriate interventions.
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Engage in continuous professional development through individual supervision sessions, learning from experienced clinicians to enhance your therapeutic approach.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a relevant field is required.

• Previous work within a private practice or outpatient mental health clinic preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation model follows a Fee-for-Service structure, ensuring that clinicians are paid promptly and ahead of collections. Additional benefits include:
