Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on a student population facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. By working remotely, you'll have the flexibility to connect with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and locations, providing tailored support that meets the unique psychological needs of each child or adolescent.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
  • At least three years of direct experience in a mental health or outpatient clinical setting, utilizing therapeutic techniques to treat young clients.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a school environment or with child and adolescent populations.
  • Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and technology to engage clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve client objectives.
