Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead quality control and assurance activities for a federal IT support program. You will develop and manage the program's Quality Control Plan, monitor contractor performance against government standards, and ensure all deliverables and services meet contractual requirements and DoD compliance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the program Quality Control Plan (QCP) in alignment with federal contract requirements
• Monitor and measure contractor performance against defined quality standards and performance thresholds
• Track and resolve Contract Discrepancy Reports (CDRs) and coordinate corrective action plans
• Embed quality checkpoints across all technical workstreams including application administration, cybersecurity, development, and database management
• Ensure all deliverables are reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness prior to government submission
• Maintain quality records, inspection logs, and corrective action documentation
• Support government quality assurance surveillance and audit activities
• Drive continuous improvement across program operations
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Security Clearance: minimum T3 required
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in a federal IT or DoD contracting environment
  • Familiarity with federal contract performance standards and deliverable management
  • Experience developing and managing Quality Control Plans for government contracts
  • Knowledge of DoD and DHRA quality oversight processes

Preferred Qualifications
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) certification
• Experience with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks
• Familiarity with DoD Performance Work Statement (PWS) structures and Performance Requirements Summaries (PRS)
• Experience working alongside government COR/CO oversight teams
