Job description

The Enterprise Data, AI and Platforms team is shaping how our company uses data, analytics, AI, and shared technology services to deliver stronger experiences and measurable value. As the Technology Strategy Leader, you will connect enterprise priorities to clear roadmaps, investment choices, and operating routines that help teams move with focus, speed, and accountability. This role is a strong fit for a strategic, collaborative leader who can make complex work simpler and bring partners together around outcomes that matter.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an integrated technology strategy and roadmap across Enterprise Data, AI and Platforms, including priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and multi-year outcomes.

  • Turn enterprise goals into an actionable portfolio by clarifying scope, tradeoffs, decisions, and value measures for product, engineering, and business partners.

  • Improve the platform experience through stronger onboarding, access, documentation, support, observability, and enablement that reduce friction and increase adoption.

  • Partner across product, engineering, architecture, governance, security, privacy, compliance, finance, operations, and business teams to align decisions and remove barriers.

  • Build investment cases and benefits plans that connect funding decisions to measurable outcomes, including adoption, reliability, reuse, satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

  • Establish governance routines, decision rights, portfolio reviews, standards alignment, dependency management, and risk escalation paths that improve transparency and accountability.

  • Advance responsible AI strategy by helping teams prioritize intake, move experiments to scale, and improve quality, speed, and reuse across the enterprise.

Required Qualifications

  • 15 or more years of experience in technology strategy, operating model transformation, platform product leadership, program leadership, or portfolio leadership.

  • Experience leading enterprise-scale roadmaps, governance models, standards, dependency management, and cross-functional execution in a matrixed environment.

  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics, frame decisions, and create clear action plans.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align product, engineering, architecture, governance, operations, and business stakeholders.

  • Experience partnering with engineering teams on cloud platforms, modern data and analytics architecture, or shared technology platforms.

  • Experience operating in a regulated environment and partnering with security, privacy, or compliance teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology, business, data, analytics, or a related field.

  • Experience with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and the use of AI tools to improve productivity, workflow, and decision making.

  • Experience driving enterprise analytics, data platform, servicing platform, or AI adoption at scale in healthcare, financial services, or another regulated industry.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 139,900 - 233,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
